This agreement is entered into between you and THE WORK by Ava, facilitated by Ava and Krista (“Retreat Leaders”).Retreat Overview | Dates: March 7 – March 14, 2026 | Location: Xinalani Retreat Center, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico — an eco-chic, remote wellness property accessible only by boat.Retreat Experience: The retreat includes: two movement practices per day (morning + evening), four scheduled meals daily, occasional workshops and additional practice opportunities, optional excursions, and daily free time. Morning practices will be energizing and invigorating. Evening practices will support grounding, integration, and reflection. Passports & Entry - Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet Mexico’s entry requirements. - Passports must be valid for the entire length of stay. Participation & Personal Boundaries(Required) I have read & agree to the terms belowParticipation & Personal Boundaries: - All activities are optional. - Participants are never required to participate beyond their comfort level. - Personal space, rest, and boundaries are fully respected. Digital Use, Photography & Media(Required) I have read & agree to the terms below- Phones must be silent and stored during sessions unless otherwise permitted. - Participants may take photos or videos so long as they are not disruptive and respect others’ consent. - By attending, you grant permission for photos/videos taken by Retreat Leaders to be used for promotional purposes. - Participants may opt out of media use by notifying the Retreat Leaders in writing. Photo Release: I hereby grant permission to THE WORK by Ava, its representatives, employees, and assigns, to take photographs and/or video recordings of me during the March 2026 Mexico Yoga Retreat. I authorize THE WORK by Ava and its partnerships to use and publish the photographs and/or video recordings in any format or media, including online and in print, for the purpose of promoting and future events. I understand that the photographs and/or video recordings may be used for commercial purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs and/or video recordings or the use of them in any media, including online and in print, before they are published or distributed. I release Ava Moreno, Krista Rotondo, and THE WORK by Ava and its representatives, employees, and assigns from any and all claims or demands arising out of the use of the photographs and/or video recordings, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights. I am over the age of 18 and have read and understand this release form. I am aware that by signing this release, I am giving up certain legal rights. Alcohol, Substances & Environment(Required) I have read & agree to the terms below- Alcohol may not be brought onto the property. - If alcohol is available through the venue, mindful consumption is expected. - Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. - Participants are expected to respect local culture and follow leave-no-trace principles.
