Yoga Barre Flow
A low-impact barre class that is smooth and quick in transitions that helps build stamina along with strength and balance in a variety of ranges of motion.
Barre
My signature fusion of yoga, barre, and mat Pilates: we have fun, we work funky transitions and balances, and we strengthen from the inside out. Lovingly nicknamed “parkour barre core” and “hard core barre core” by students. :)
Mat Pilates Core Flow
A fusion of yoga and mat Pilates designed to stabilize the spine and pelvis from all four sides of the body in a precise way - we work ALL sides of the “core” in this class.
Yin & Yang
My signature blend of yin and flow: the best of both worlds! We create a really full and complete practice for ourselves with our holds in yin and movement in yang, linked together to feel cohesive and intentional. The yin helps prep the body for the yang, so the shapes are directly related and synced.
Yin
A more meditative approach to the practice that involves mainly floor-based shapes and longer holds to work into the connective tissue of the body. This practice has a near and dear place in my heart and it can be a beautiful counter to so much of the yang we exist in much of the time.
