300-HOUR YIN + YANG YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Deepen your knowledge. Trust your voice. Expand your teaching.

Explore the relationship between Yin and Yang through anatomy, philosophy, seasonal practice, and the art of teaching.

Beginning with Yin, this extended training brings together in-depth study, applied practice, community, and individual mentorship to help you develop classes—and a teaching career—that reflect your values.

Training begins October 13, 2026.

FIFTEEN YEARS OF STUDY, BROUGHT TOGETHER

A training built around the connection between Yin and Yang.

This training is a curated collection of my own study over the past fifteen years, bringing together two sides of practice that continually inform and define one another: Yin and Yang.

We’ll explore the cerebral parts of practice and teaching alongside the parts we feel. We’ll study anatomy, question what we’ve learned, spend time with ancient texts, and make room for the experiences that shape how we teach.

My intention is to help you lead with both knowledge and intuition – to understand what you’re offering, why it matters, and how to share it in a way that feels authentic to you.

We’ll make space for what resonates, stay curious about what challenges us, and bring both into the conversation.

BEGIN WITH YIN. EXPLORE THE WHOLE.

Stillness and movement. Study and experience.

Our first module begins with Yin: an opportunity to slow down, observe, and explore how you practice, listen, and hold space.

From there, we’ll expand into anatomy and asana, myofascial release, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga philosophy, energetic practices, and the practical work of building a teaching career.

Throughout the training, we’ll return to the relationship between Yin and Yang. How does stillness inform movement? How does knowledge support intuition? How do structure and responsiveness work together in a class?

These questions will shape how we sequence, cue, connect, and teach.

WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE

Study deeply. Put it into practice.

Anatomy you can apply

Explore anatomy, human variation, fascial trains, and the fascial map of the body. Connect your study to practical choices in cueing, sequencing, posture options, and adjustments.

Yin and Yang in practice

Break down postures and explore how to support different bodies in both quieter and more active practices. Develop purposeful sequences that reflect the people you’re teaching.

Philosophy that informs your teaching

Study ancient yogic texts and explore karma (action), jnana (knowledge), and bhakti (devotion). Consider how each lens can inform your themes, sequences, and relationship with community.

A seasonal approach

Explore Traditional Chinese Medicine, seasonal perspectives, and the relationships among yogic energetic frameworks, physical anatomy, and the natural world.

Your voice and your values

Create classes that reflect what matters to you. Practice sharing what resonates while remaining open to ideas that challenge you and invite further study.

A sustainable teaching career

Learn to advocate for yourself, communicate your work, and approach profitability and equity thoughtfully. Explore how to market yourself while staying connected to your values.

YOUR TRAINING PATH

Four core modules. Ongoing practice. Individual support.

October 13–November 22 · 75 hours

Begin with an immersive study of Yin Yoga, exploring postures, individual variation, sequencing, and the art of holding space. Build a foundation for the seasonal and Yin/Yang perspectives we’ll revisit throughout the training.

This module also includes a prenatal workshop.

January 5–31 and February 2–21 · 85 hours

Bring anatomy into the context of your teaching. Explore postures, human variation, fascial connections, and myofascial release alongside a deeper study of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Consider how these perspectives inform the options you offer, the language you use, and the ways you support your students.

June 4–29 · 70 hours

Spend time with the philosophical and energetic dimensions of yoga. Explore ancient texts, mythology, and the paths of action, knowledge, and devotion alongside the study of chakras, bandhas, pranayama, mudra, and mantra.

Bring your questions and your perspective as we consider how this study can inform meaningful themes, intentional practices, and your own relationship with teaching.

July 9–August 1 and August 3–29 · 40 hours

Explore how to build a full-time or part-time teaching career that reflects your values.

We’ll focus on communicating your work, advocating for yourself, marketing with authenticity, and navigating the relationship between profitability and equity. Give the same care to the business of teaching that you bring to your classes.
