Includes:

Monthly Live Mentorship Call (Recorded) – Teaching Q&A, cueing support, sequencing refinement, nervous system awareness for teachers, and real-world teaching challenges across yoga, barre, and Pilates. Class Dates: 2/9, 3/16, 4/27, 5/11, 6/8 1:30pm PT/4:30pm ET
Access to Ava’s Teacher Class Library (50+ classes) – A living library to inspire your teaching, personal practice, and class structure.
Teacher Tips & Cueing Library – Practical, teachable tools: cue language, class frameworks, transitions, musicality, and teaching prompts
Podcast-Style Expert Interviews – Conversations with experts in marketing, virtual platforms, studio ownership, and sustainable teaching careers.
Quarterly Workshops – In-depth trainings designed to support skill development, confidence, and longevity.
CEU Opportunities – Select live calls and workshops will be eligible for Continuing Education Units (pending approval / where applicable).

This isn’t about becoming a “perfect” teacher.It’s about learning how you teach best — and trusting yourself in the room.

1:1 Teacher Mentorship

Application required. Must be enrolled in the Teacher Collective.

Includes:

Five 45-minute private mentorship sessions – 1 per month
Personalized teaching feedback – Teachers submit a recorded class prior to each session
Live Teaching Opportunities – In the final two sessions, mentees teach live community classes on THE WORK platform
Direct feedback from Ava – Cueing, pacing, presence, class structure, student experience, and confidence
CEU-Eligible Hours – Select mentorship hours may count toward continuing education (details provided upon acceptance)

5 Month Minimum Commitment: $700

5-Month Commitment | Limited to 10 Teachers per Cycle - Mentorship spots are intentionally limited to ensure depth, care, and individualized attention.

FAQ

Is this only for certified teachers?

Yes. At this time teachers, coaches, trainers and facilitators need to have completed at least their first round of certifications in their field to qualify.

Can I join even if I don’t teach full time?

YES! All teachers, coaches, trainers and facilitators of any experience can participate and benefit from THE WORK Teacher Collective.

Are the calls recorded?

Yes! All calls are recorded and shared in the collective portal

Can I upgrade to mentorship later?

Yes! Connect with Ava if you need support finding the right time for you.

How long do I have access?

As long as you are a active/paying member of THE WORK Teacher Collective.
