An Advanced Yoga Immersion in Bali
Eight days in Bali to refine your practice, sharpen your teaching, and reckon with the work that doesn’t end. There is a teacher in you that hasn’t yet been revealed, and only continued study will draw them out. This training is for the practitioner who is ready to take on the tapas of that study: to light the sacrificial flame, to endure the discipline, and to produce hard-earned results. And, possibly, to have fun while doing it.

This program combines the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, anatomy, physiology, body movement, kinesiology, and Pilates, with an emphasis on the subtle body’s in-depth connection to overall wellness.
Fit Culture Hot Mat Pilates Training
March 13 – March 23 | 25-hr (2 weekends)
Fit Culture’s take on a heated mat Pilates! Learn three different styles/formats/modalities within the training. Curriculum: Master the art of hot mat Pilates, including:
• Functional anatomy
• Expert teaching techniques
• Class planning and sequencing

Vietnam Barre Training/Intensive
April 25 – April 29 | Live Zoom Sessions + In Person Intensive at MAR Studio (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)
This Yoga Barre Teacher Training with Ava, offered is an immersive training with over 75 hours of contact time. We start the training online, with live Zoom hours to learn the yoga barre principles and fundamentals of building a class. Specific to the MAR training, Ava will be in person IN Vietnam for an intensive to fully prepare to teach!
