This membership is a great option for you if you are looking for classes that help build a practice on your own time. The on demand platform gives you an opportunity to explore multiple movement modalities and THE WORK by Ava even if you have a busy schedule and can’t make live or in person classes in your local space.

HOW-TO VIDEOS
How-to videos include posture break-downs, anatomy and alignment and tips for yoga and movement. These are perfect to supplement your practice.
JOURNAL PROMPTS
These are not graded! This is an opportunity to reflect on THE WORK, to enjoy the growth, changes, and observations.
BREATH-WORK VIDEOS
These videos walk you through different types of pranayama (breath-work). Breath-work can provide benefits like anxiety management, regulating energy levels and can support the physical side of yoga practice.
ZOOM CLASSES
2 Live classes using the ZOOM application. These classes allow us to work together as a community and stay connected to our practice.
ADDED ONE-ON-ONE SESSION
Private virtual session (1 hour) with Ava each month. This could be a yoga, yoga barre or sculpt, yin yoga, personal training, breath-work, mentorship, dance, meditation or movement session.
